Montblanc never use that logo that says Mont above and Blanc below a logo. The first bag you link to has a outer logo with a hole in the centre, not a black snowcap, and the second has a strap that clearly says the brand name which is Montblanc. But there have been a couple of threads on this board or AAAC about Mont Blanc briefcases and in those threads, IIRC those were fakes and avoid like the plague. Best to buy at the store so you know its geniune.
