This is my first Omega cal T17, which I acquired recently and whose looks I love. The movement number dates this watch to 1935. I can't really make out what the number outside the case means; is seem to me that other T17s .The Omega CK976 is a tank-styled watch with a 20mm × 36mm Staybrite case. It’s not a large watch by any means, but it’s a substantial little nugget. Including the domed acrylic crystal, it comes in at 8.5mm thick and features polished . Sorry but I don’t think there is any connection between the T17 and 17.2S – apart from being adjacent in the listings (the 17.2S is not a ‘tonneau’). And that’s why DON’s .
